Track deal progress with a mix of tasks and milestones in one combined journey
- With the new “Mixed” Next Step mode, you can add ordered milestones with unordered tasks underneath each milestone.
- Mixed step mode can be used with people, deal, and company segments.
Automatic timeline linking of Zoom AI summaries
- If Cloze finds a related meeting in your calendar, it automatically sets the “re” on the Zoom AI meeting summary to match the attendees of the meeting so the meeting summary shows up in each attendees’ timeline.
- This new team role, Extend Business Customization, allows agents to further customize Cloze while retaining the brokerage-provided configuration.
