HomeSpotter Boost automates real estate digital advertising campaigns for listings and open houses on Facebook, Instagram, and the web. The HomeSpotter Boost integration enables you to create advertising campaigns directly from properties in Cloze. Key property details like photos, price, beds, baths, location, and more are sent from Cloze to HomeSpotter Boost making campaign creation fast and easy.
Note: The HomeSpotter Boost integration is currently in beta and included as part of the Cloze Business Gold and Platinum Plans.
To get started reach out to support@cloze.com for early access, and then connect your Cloze account to HomeSpotter Boost in settings.
Properties: Cloze ➔ HomeSpotter Boost
With the HomeSpotter Boost integration, you can originate advertising campaigns from properties in Cloze. Once in HomeSpotter you can customize each ad, customize your landing page, and edit your campaigns settings.
While viewing a property in Cloze, tap on More Options and Send to Select HomeSpotter Boost.
The property details are sent from Cloze to HomeSpotter Boost.
Cloze sends to HomeSpotter:
- The property photo
- Location
- Beds
- Baths
- Price
- Your name
- Your photo
Once in HomeSpotter, you can make any needed refinements to your ad and campaign.
