New leads coming in from RealScout get synced automatically into Cloze, while existing Cloze contacts and segments can be pushed into RealScout for collaboration and nurturing.

When you’re working with a client, you can set up searches in the same way as an MLS search, enabling clients to provide detailed parameters around their must-haves. Clients can then be alerted to new open listings, save interesting properties, rate the ones they’ve seen, offer comments, or request showings on particular properties. 

All of their activity is synced back to Cloze, enabling agents to easily identify properties of interest and react quickly to convert.
