I’m Victoria Thomas. I’m an agent development advisor with FC Tucker company in Indianapolis.
In the six years that I have been with Tucker, Cloze is actually the third CRM that we have had. We transitioned out of our original CRM into another that we had been super excited about. We only ended up keeping it for about eight months.
It was clunky. It was slow. It was not user friendly. It didn’t integrate with a lot of the other tools that we already had. And that’s how we got to Cloze.
The company had recently created an innovation team. And one of the agents who was on the innovation team said, “Hey, I’ve been using Cloze for several years and I really love it.” And he brought it to us and we checked it out and we all agreed that it was awesome.
It does so many things that our other CRMs didn’t do just in terms of being so much more intuitive: the products itself, and then more intuitive to use as well. It was unlike any rollout that we had ever done. People were just getting in it.
Cloze has a very different philosophy that we’ve really embraced with like most CRMs are an empty box and they talk about that a lot, where Cloze is very much the opposite of that.
They want it to be a full box and then let the AI and let the technology help guide you. So when somebody comes to me, I’m like, okay, we need to make sure your email is connected. Let’s connect your transaction management software.
We use dot loop. So we’ll get that connected and then their phone so that we can pull not only the contacts out of their phone but that we can get their text messages and their phone calls syncing as well. So I’m like, okay, let’s get all of these pieces connected and then we’ll start sorting through it.
And then just start using it, which sounds silly to just say, start using it, but literally let’s start sending emails. Let’s start looking at your agenda and go from there.
I love blowing agents minds when I show them that I can create a newsletter in Less than 30 seconds that has links that is relevant and content that they can just create and send to their clients and their jaws just drop. And they’re like, this is so cool.
And I’m like, I know I told you.
One agent got two deals because Cloze literally on his agenda, Cloze reminded him to reach out to somebody that he had not talked to in a while. It was somebody from his previous industry. And he texted that person and just said hey, how’s it going? Haven’t talked to you in a while. What are you up to? And somebody else that worked at that previous company was right there with that person when the agent texted them.
And she was like, oh, hey, I just heard from so and so. they’re in real estate now and the other person that was in the room was like, Oh, I actually have a house I need to sell and that agent got a deal out of it.
And we’ve been trying to get some of these agents who have had success give their testimonials too, so that it’s the agent’s peers also saying, “Hey, I’ve had great success with this, and I think you would too.
