Faster everyday tasks
The biggest “change” is that things are easier to find. Across profiles, people, listings, and property views, frequently used actions are more accessible and require fewer clicks or taps. The result is simple: common work gets done faster.
Contacts, People, and Properties
Across your most important views, key information—names, tags, timelines, custom fields—remains right where you expect it. The difference is in how the experience is refined: clearer layouts, better spacing, and more accessible actions. Here are just a few ways the new design will impact your every day:
Faster filtering
Quickly narrow your list by subscription, segment, stage, or tag. Saving a filtered view as an audience takes just one click.
Quickly take bulk action
Bulk actions are also more visible, so moving from reviewing your list to doing something about it takes fewer steps.
Find listings with ease
Listing Profiles keep the same structure you know. Key actions are now more prominent. Marketing materials are easier to create and send. A new map view lets you browse listings visually — across an MLS, your brokerage, or your own inventory.
Subscribe people to marketing programs
Everyday tasks like adding a contact to a marketing program, sending listing materials, and handling transactions are now easier to reach and faster to complete.
A more connected experience
The biggest difference is not just that integrated tools are easier to find. It is that they are more tightly connected to the work you are already doing.
Instead of sending you to another app’s home screen, Cloze brings you directly to the right place and carries the right information with you. That means no duplicate entry, no searching, and no manual switching between systems.
Tap Write an Offer, for example, and Cloze finds the right clients and listing, creates a SkySlope form with that information already filled in, and takes you directly into the form file. Or, if you want to view a Buyer Agreement form from a client profile, View Form Files takes you straight to the corresponding file in a single click.
That is the difference between a simple page of app tiles and a connected experience.
