  • Create and pre-fill a buyer agreement, listing agreement, or offer in SkySlope Forms directly — names, contact details, addresses, and MLS numbers carry over automatically.
  • Access every completed form from the Files section of the person or property record — no need to switch systems to view or open it.
  • Trigger any form hands-free with Maia, Cloze’s voice assistant — useful in the car between appointments, walking out of a listing, or anywhere the moment to act has just landed.

The starting point matters. In Cloze, agents work from the client or the property, not from a blank deal record waiting to be filled in.

Best-in-one, not all-in-one

This isn’t an all-in-one promise, and it shouldn’t be. The all-in-one or “super app” approach asks brokerages to compromise on every capability for the convenience of a single vendor. Agents who are between appointments don’t have to wait to get back to a desk. With Cloze’s AI assistant Maia, you can use a voice or text command to create pre-populated SkySlope Forms, making it easier to act when the client conversation is still fresh.

View Skyslope Forms directly in Cloze

Every SkySlope Form is available in the Files section to select and view for a person or property. There is no need to switch to SkySlope Forms to view or open it.

Beyond the signature

The value doesn’t stop when the form is sent. Cloze and SkySlope already connect transaction data — listings, buyers, sellers, close dates, anniversaries, and signing alerts — so the transaction becomes part of a client’s full history, not a one-time event that gets filed away.
