Brown Harris Stevens is committed to delivering best in class technology and technology experiences to our agents. BHS One is our digital hub and was developed in house through a collaboration between our technology, marketing, and sales teams.

Brown Harris Stevens, we are the firm with the highest average sales price achieved per agent in the country. What that really translates to is that we have agents that are highly experienced, highly successful, and incredibly knowledgeable. So when you have those types of agents, you want to be as productive as you can with that talent.

And in order for you to be productive, you need to be efficient in your time. So every moment of their day, we want to be as efficient in concentrating on business development, dealing with clients. And less with minutiae, less with creating processes that are inefficient. So technology allows you to have efficient processes and for you to concentrate on where you make your money.

And that’s through relationship management. That’s through deal doctoring. And, it’s Chris’s job, his team’s job, and in conjunction with collaborations with us in allowing them to have that experience to be as productive as possible.

Our goal was to provide a tool that would make our agents and our managers more efficient in communicating, as well as keeping tasks top of mind for them.

You guys have done a tremendous job from an operational perspective to make our lives as your customers a lot easier. Cloze has lived up to expectations and has actually exceeded the expectations that we had.

CRM is part of our ecosystem now it’s part of our way of doing business. And we’re going to really promote it in just about everything that we do and integrate it into that.
