Cloze unveils Cloze Forge, a secure platform for brokerages to build and deploy AI-coded custom applications

Agents and brokerage leaders can use Cloze Forge to create branded, enterprise-ready tools brokerages can use with clients at scale

DENVER, CO — June 2, 2026 — Today, at the 1000WATT Signal conference, Cloze, the AI-powered real estate platform for brokerages, announced the launch of Cloze Forge, a platform that lets brokerages build and deploy their own branded digital tools, connected to their own data, without a dedicated development team.

Real estate brokerages today largely rely on the same off-the-shelf technology, producing client experiences that are difficult to tell apart. When brokerages need modifications to support changing requirements or have a new idea for delivering a differentiated client experience, they often need to wait months for such critical features to show up on vendor roadmaps. That problem is amplified if the brokerage is using a restrictive superapp or all-in-one platform that delays adopting new innovations. In response, many agents and brokerage teams have begun building their own tools using AI coding software, but those prototypes lack the security and infrastructure to roll out across an entire firm.

“Every brokerage has two unique differentiators: their client relationships and their brand,” said Dan Foody, co-founder and CEO of Cloze. “Cloze already helps brokerages protect and profit from those relationships. We built Forge to do the same thing for the brand — so that every client interaction, from the first open house to the closing table, happens inside an experience the brokerage owns. With Forge, creating a branded digital experience is no longer a technology project; it’s a business decision.”

Built on real estate data, not bolted onto it

Cloze Forge extends the Cloze platform, giving brokerages an enterprise-grade foundation to build their own portals, apps, and tools — all powered by the same data and intelligence that runs the rest of their business. With Cloze Forge, brokerages can use the included AI code building tool, Forge Studio, to vibe-code apps that fit their needs, carrying their own brand, reflecting the brokerage’s processes, and connecting to their own listings, client relationships, and transaction history. Apps built on top of Cloze

Forge rely on the unified data, such as brokerage listings, MLS data, transactions, clients, and communication history, provided by the Cloze Intelligence Engine, while supporting their full agent network from day one. Every app built on Forge is secure, compliant, and owned outright by the brokerage — not a white-label template.

Secure and scalable by default

While AI coding tools have made new application development more accessible, the people that use them typically don’t have the background necessary to incorporate the security safeguards that enterprise-level applications need. As a result, apps built with AI coding tools are often insecure by default: typically protected only by an API key that, if stolen or intercepted, exposes every piece of data in the application hosting the data. Managing who can access what, across multiple apps, requires custom work that most brokerage teams aren’t equipped to do.

Forge addresses these risks by design. Every app that runs on Forge is automatically protected by a first-of-its-kind zero trust security model (rather than an unrestricted API key) so keys can’t be stolen or repurposed, and each user and app can see and change only the specific records and fields they are, together, authorized to access. Client experiences that require logins can be connected across every Forge app through a single sign-on, so brokerages can build multiple tools without asking clients to manage multiple passwords. Forge also scales automatically, meaning the same app that runs smoothly at an open house for ten visitors can handle a brokerage-wide rollout to thousands of agents and clients without any additional technical work.

The first Forge app: open house check-in, built on your brand

Because the Open House App runs on Forge, visitors that check in aren’t just lines on a spreadsheet, but instead, their open house activity flows automatically into Cloze relationship intelligence, agent follow-up, marketing workflows, financing interest, and long-term client engagement.

Brokerages can use the Open House App as-is, customize it to fit their brand, or use it as a starting point for their own.

Cloze Forge is open to brokerages of all sizes. For more information, visit ai.cloze.com/forge.
