So my name is Karey Bredemeyer. I’m one of the co-managers for the FC Tucker Noblesville location, and I’ve been selling real estate since 2006.

We’ve tried other CRMs. But the problem with those is they were cumbersome. And for me, it just didn’t help with my flow and my business and helping me keep track.

Then we came across Cloze and I tell you what, it’s definitely impacted my business. It helps me stay on track. It tells me who I need to reach out to every day.

You’d be amazed at how many people you’re probably missing out on. You’ve crossed paths with at some point in time and you forgot about them.

But there’s an opportunity there.

I really don’t think you have to spend a bunch of time in Cloze to be successful.

I’m always starting off with it every day in the morning. It gets my mindset for the day. On what I need to do and what I need to tackle, and then I can start prioritizing things.

I always tell our agents, you’re not making money behind a computer screen. Where you’re making money is out face to face. And what’s nice about Cloze is I can take it with me wherever I go. So if I have some downtime, I can still hop on Cloze on my phone, get things knocked out.

You created this platform from the mobile device first, and then you built the desktop. Everybody’s on their mobile devices. So I think the fact that you’ve got the same features on both platforms. It’s so easy to get people to start using Cloze into their daily practice.

We had someone the other day who reached out to one of the clients. They weren’t looking for someone, but someone in the room with that other person needed an agent. So next thing you know, one of our agents was picking up a lead.

That’s another story we had with someone else who was just going through the database and calling up the people saying, Hey, I just want to make sure I have the correct email, the correct phone number. Next thing that person’s walking away with three new leads of actual hot buyers.

Now that I’m in this new role with Tucker, I’ve actually been trying to go through and update my database to get it back up and running. Cause I was still a selling agent before, but not as active. And I actually reached out to a couple. And got them updated in my newsletter database. They received my newsletter.

And next thing he sent me a text. He’s like, you probably don’t remember me. And I’m like, that just made my day to see that someone I hadn’t talked to. We bought his house about five years ago. And Cloze is what brought me back to them.

There’s a lot you can do with Cloze. Something as simple as email to creating newsletters and to connecting all transactions with a specific property.

You got the tracking. You’ve got the built in ChatGPT. Those little nuances can make a big difference in your business. There’s really no reason you’d have to leave Cloze. Yeah, I love Cloze.
