I love Cloze because they are a truly collaborative company. So all of the awesome things that the software can do aside. We still meet regularly every single week with Cloze. It’s been, I think, over a year now that we’ve rolled it out, and they always want to hear, how are we using it? What do we need from them?
I don’t think they’ve ever really told us no when we’ve said, hey, Can it do this? Hey, can it do that? It’s always, let’s look at it. Let’s ask the engineers. Let’s see if we can make that work for you. And there’s been some stuff that they’ve then brought back to us and said, Hey, we took your idea and we created this like the bio wizard.
It’s just been a night and day difference from the previous two CRMs that we had to adopting Cloze.
So I love Cloze because they are unlike any of the other companies that we deal with. I love that I can contact them. I have a direct line. They want to hear what we have to say. And we just have this really great, I feel like it’s a partnership.
