Hi, my name’s Seth Catron. I’ve been a realtor since 2019. I don’t really consider it a sales job.
I love looking at houses, helping people solve their problems.
A CRM. It can be a pain if you’re not using the right one. And then if you’re not using the right one, you’re not going to use it. So having Cloze has just been like a breath of fresh air. Really. Where I have always struggled is with following up with people.
Cloze has drastically improved my follow up. We all know that’s where you make money in real estate is in the follow-up. I love where you can see all your conversations with people because you can track your text messages, calls, emails. Because I used to have to be like, “What did we talk about last time and go through my phone and was it in a text or was it in an email?”
And with Cloze it’s all right there. You can see the last time you talked to people. You can set it up to get reminders on this person you haven’t talked to in a while, you should reach out to him. That’s just been a game changer for me. I love Cloze because it actually keeps me accountable, and it’s made me more productive. I really love Cloze. The thing’s awesome.
