Especially now in our office, we’ve got about 45 agents in all different spectrums. And right now we’re just trying to incorporate it in their practice wherever we can. And what’s really nice about this too, is I have a co manager in our office.
And we’ve got an account set up where he can track when I communicate with another agent in our office and he can do the same thing with me. So we’re sharing the database. He can pick up where I left off or vice versa. It’s great. And if you’re on a team, you can delegate stuff to other people.
There’s a lot of CRM platforms that do not have the team capability like what Cloze does. You can limit what the team members see. You can hand off clients to team members. And depending on how you want your hierarchy set up Cloze is willing to set that up for them.
I’ll be honest with you; I think Cloze is really one that’s truly embraced from what I’ve experienced because we’ve looked at a lot of different CRMs.
When we were trying to find one that fit the masses within Tucker. And I felt like Cloze was the one that was truly embracing the team concept. And there’s a lot of other ones that say they do, but they just, the fact that they, the team members can’t communicate with each other through the platform or there’s no way to divide things up.
I think you guys have done a great job with it.
