My name’s Adam Catron. I have been a licensed real estate agent with F.C. Tucker out of Indianapolis, Indiana for about 13 years.

I started getting really busy, and I was letting stuff slip through the cracks. There would be conversations that I knew I was supposed to follow up on, and I just wasn’t doing it. So I’d gone down that kind of CRM journey and used a few of them. All along the way, I was always going, what’s the big deal about a CRM? It’s one of the reasons why I started liking Cloze is because it takes a lot of the little steps out of it.

Cloze has got some AI with it where it’ll tell you how hot that client is. Other CRMs have been a full time job just to keep up, and this one makes it pretty darn easy to just open up. I love the daily agenda.

I love how it’s not just reminding you about what to do that day, but it’s also reminding you that the email that I sent the other day, and they responded that I somehow forgot about. It would send me, hey, here’s just a reminder, you might want to follow up on that email.

Cloze picked up that I was having a conversation that never completed, and is now triggering me to reach out to him. That’s so helpful to have at the CRM so that you’re not sitting there doing it every single day. I’m putting in a reminder to remind myself tomorrow. Man, that can wear you out.

It’s so mobile friendly. I never had a CRM that was really all that mobile friendly. I’ve looked at others. Any CRM moving forward, if you can’t be mobile friendly or connect the way that Cloze does, there’s no point in even having a CRM.

I’ve got people that are just now starting to come around and do a business with me that I’ve been checking in on for years, two or three or four years. Because, let’s face it, a lot of leads don’t close right away. I love Cloze because it’s literally helped me close more deals.
