Nan & Company Properties launches NANONE, powered by Cloze to drive agent growth

New AI-powered platform, provided to all Nan agents at no additional cost, combines relationship intelligence with personalized coaching, training and ongoing support

HOUSTON – September 15, 2026Nan & Company Properties, one of Houston’s premier real estate firms and exclusive Houston affiliate of Forbes Global Properties, today announced the upcoming launch of Nan One, powered by Cloze, an AI-powered platform designed to give agents one centralized place to manage their business and client relationships while providing the tools and support to help them grow.

Launching September 15, 2026, Nan One will be available to Nan’s entire agent network at no additional cost. Built on Cloze’s relationship management platform and customized in collaboration with Nan & Company Properties, Nan One is designed around a simple premise: one platform, one login and one place for agents to manage their business.

“AI is rapidly changing the way we work, but its greatest value comes from how thoughtfully it is applied,” said Nancy Almodovar, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Nan & Company Properties. “With Nan One, we’re focused on putting intelligent technology in the hands of our agents in a way that is truly meaningful to their businesses: helping them stay connected to their clients, better understand their relationships and work more efficiently. Technology should enhance the human side of real estate, not replace it.”

At the heart of Nan One is Cloze’s AI-powered relationship intelligence, which works with the information agents are already generating — including emails, calls, texts and other digital interactions — to reduce manual data entry, provide a more complete picture of their relationships and give agents more time for revenue-producing activities. Rather than focusing solely on traditional pipeline stages or transaction values, the platform considers factors such as communication frequency and responsiveness to help agents better understand the health of their relationships and where follow-up may be needed.

On average, Nan agents experience a 34% increase in their business during their first year with the brokerage, according to an internal report. Nan One is the latest investment in the company’s broader focus on giving agents the resources, technology and support they need to build stronger businesses and long-term client relationships.

“Follow-up is often the first thing to slip when business gets busy. Nan One keeps important client touchpoints in front of me, from anniversaries and birthdays to commitments I’ve made days earlier,” said Thomas Eureste, Nan & Company Properties agent. “It helps me stay more consistent in my client relationships while reducing the administrative work.”

“Real estate is a relationship business, and the agents who are most successful are the ones who stay closest to their clients,” said Dan Foody, CEO and co-founder at Cloze. “Nan & Company Properties has built a culture around helping their agents grow, from coaching to hands-on support. Their investment in Nan One is the latest example of that: giving agents a clearer picture of their relationships, how to keep them strong, and the support to know what to do when they start to drift. That combination of intuitive technology and explicit agent support is exactly how to drive growth in this market.”

Nan’s investment in Nan One extends beyond the technology itself. Agents will receive one-on-one onboarding and ongoing support, regular live training and access to an on-demand library of platform tutorials and workflow resources. The platform will also be integrated into Nan’s existing one-on-one business coaching, giving agents support in applying the technology to their pipelines, client touchpoints and broader business goals. Built around the framework already used in Nan’s agent training, Nan One is designed to be a tool within an agent’s business, not another system they have to manage.

Nan and Cloze will continue developing Nan One in phases, combining Cloze’s technology foundation with Nan’s understanding of the needs of its agents and clients. The result is a platform built specifically around the way Nan’s agents work.

“At Nan, we understand exactly what agents need because we work alongside them every day.” Almodovar said. “Cloze brings best-in-class technology, and we bring a deep understanding of the agent and client experience. Together, we have built Nan One specifically to help our agents strengthen their relationships, work more efficiently and grow their businesses.”

The launch of Nan One builds on Nan & Company Properties’ broader investment in its agents’ success, reinforcing the company’s commitment to providing the tools, resources and support necessary for agents to build sustainable, successful businesses while maintaining the personal relationships at the center of real estate.
