Last week, T3 Sixty released this year’s Tech 200, an annual listing of residential real estate’s “best-in-class” tech products. We’re proud that for the second year in a row, Cloze was named one of the five “best-in-class products” for Automated Consumer Engagement, CRM, and Email Marketing, and this year, was also named one of the top five “best-in-class product” for Lead Routing and Management.

This year’s report featured fewer products (203 products versus last year’s 242) from more companies (138 companies versus 2023’s 78). With fewer products named this year and a 77% increase in recognized companies, it’s all the more remarkable that Cloze not only maintained last year’s top-five listings, but even secured a fourth category recognition.

Cloze was also highlighted as one of the 37 companies leveraging AI in real estate.
